ISLAMABAD – Islamabad High Court Judge Justice Athar Minallah on Tuesdaysaid that if National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor does notconclude its arguments a verdict will be announced on Sharif family’s pleaschallenging the Avenfield verdict tomorrow.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice MiangulHassan Aurangzeb heard the petitions filed by former prime minister NawazSharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Capt (r) Safdar.
The justice allowed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) untilWednesday to conclude its arguments.
