Lahore High Court gives a blow to Hamza Shahbaz Sharif

LAHORE – The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday directed to remove securitybarricades from outside the Johar Town residence of Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz.

LHC judge Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi heard the petition filed for removal ofbarricades from outside the PML-N leader’s residence. Petitioner AzharSiddiqui said that Hamza Shehbaz has put barricades outside his residencewhich is inconvenient to people living nearby.

“The roads can not be blocked in the name of security. The court must orderremoval of the barricades,” the petitioner said. The petitioner alsopresented images of the barricades before the court.
