SUKKUR – Pakistan International Airline (PIA) flight was delayed followinga bomb threat on Monday.
The national flag carrier’s flight PK-595 en-route to Karachi from Sukkurwas hit with delay due to the security check after a threat warning for aplanted bomb was given by Sukkur Police to Airport Security Force (ASF).
Authorities immediately stopped the plane just before takeoff, and thepassengers were disembarked and the luggage was offloaded as per standardoperating procedure.
