LAHORE – Former MNA Kashmala Tariq gets a blow from Supreme Court ofPakistan as Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday rejectedher application.
Kashmala Tariq had filed an applications against rustication of his sonfrom Aitchison College.
SC has asked her to approach available remedy in the law first.
She told the chief justice that her son was the only one among 12 boys whohad a fight on campus who had been rusticated. She claimed that her son wassubjected to victimisation as he was one of the best swimmers of thecollege and earned international awards. She sought an order for anindependent inquiry into the matter.

Chief Justice Nisar observed that he could take up the matter as a humanright case as violation of fundamental rights had not been found in it. Hesaid there was a remedy of writ jurisdiction of high court under Article199 of the Constitution available to her to challenge the college’s act.
