LAHORE – Punjab government has taken a new initiative for the governmenthospitals in the province.

Punjab government has started a toll-free service in all hospitals ofPunjab including Rawalpindi to register complaints of patients and theirfamily members before officials without any delay.

According to media reports, under this free toll service, patients andtheir family members will be able to register their complaints beforeofficials of hospital administration including delay in check-up, lack ofmedicines and beds, and non issuance of operation dates.
