ISLAMABAD – A meeting on Information Technology and e-government chaired bySpeaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser was held at the parliament house inIslamabad on Monday.
It was attended by the officials of National Assembly Secretariat andInformation Technology Board.
The Information Technology Board briefed the speaker on the e-government.The speaker noted that e-government will help improve efficiency andperformance.
Asad Qaiser said being speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly, he introducedInformation Technology in the provincial assembly. He said use of latesttechnology in the National Assembly Secretariat will also help cutexpenditures being incurred on the papers.
