ISLAMABAD – *China’s Foreign Minister Wang Li has met his Pakistancounterpart Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Islamabad on Saturday and discussedissues around regional affairs and vowed to support the Afghanreconciliation process.*

“We have agreed to strengthen international and regional affairs. The twosides will work together to enhance the reconciliation process inAfghanistan, Wang Li said at a joint press conference, adding that “The twosides will work together to support Afghanistan’s nationalism, patriotismand politics. The two sides will build a new type of internationalrelations and community, for mankind.”

He also said that China will continue to support Pakistan in efforts tofight against terrorism.
