KARACHI – The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has finalised the candidatefor the NA 243 Karachi by elections.
PTI has decided to field Aftab Siddiqui as its candidate from Karachi’svacant NA-243 constituency.
Prime Minister Imran Khan had won the seat after he bagged 91,358 votes inthe July 25 general election, wheareas Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s Ali RazaAbidi managed to get 24,082 votes.
Other candidates were PPP’s Shehla Raza who got 10,631 votes, MuhammadUsama of MMA who received 16,214 votes and Pak Sarzameen’s Muhammad MuzamilQureshi who only bagged 3,641 votes.
