However the biggest dream may come true as it is being speculated thatPakistani-American billionaire businessman and philanthropist Shahid Khanhas announced donating $1 billion for the construction of dams in Pakistan.

The assumptions started making rounds over the internet after PakistanTehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed reportedly told PM Khan that aPakistani-American was willing to donate 1 billion USD.
