KARACHI – The authorities took the blood samples of Pakistan Peoples’Party (PPP) leader and MPA Sharjeel Memon along with his DNA samples fortest.
The blood and DNA samples been taken again for re-assessing the result ofprevious report. Sharjeel Memon’s DNA samples have been sent to PunjabForensic Science Agency and a local laboratory.
The officials collected Memon’s blood samples at Central Jail Karachi,which would be cross checked with the samples collected earlier. They saidthe purpose of sending one of the DNA samples to the PFSA was to ensuretransparency of the test.
