RAWALPINDI – The main ceremony of Defence Day is underway at GeneralHeadquarters.
Prime Minister Imran Khan, First Lady Bushra Bibi, COAS Gen Qamar JavedBajwa, federal ministers and high-ranking army and civil officers were alsopresent in the ceremony.
Families of martyrs, members of the federal cabinet, heads of politicalparties, lawmakers and celebrities are also attending the ceremony.
PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and MPs are also attending the ceremony.
During the ceremony, a video showing the conditions from the establishmentof the country until now was shown. Moving scenes were witnessed when thevideo revitalized the sacrifices rendered in the wars after theindependence.
