*ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has been served with a notice fromthe Islamabad administration.*
*As per the media report, Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence has been serveda notice over illegal construction. The Capital Development Authorityissued the notice on Friday.*
Chief Justice Saqib Nisar said that Imran had constructed structures athis Bani Gala residence without obtaining the approval of relevantauthorities.
The notice asks the owners to submit the building plans, along with fulldetails of the ownership, which should be certified by an authority.
