Mumbai attack case: New developments made in the ATC Court

ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad while resuminghearing of Mumbai attacks case on Wednesday has summoned the prosecutionwitnesses in the next hearing for conclusion of the trial expeditiously.-

The case is in the courts since 2009 whereas no further enhancement waswitnessed in the case so far.

The ATC judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi resumed hearing of the case, while theprosecutors sought adjournment due to unavailability of the witnesses.

The court summoned for prosecution evidences till October 10 at any costand adjourned the hearing till date.
