ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court has directed all boards and universities toverify the alleged fake degrees of pilots and cabin crews, within sevendays.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar today directedfour airlines to submit their employees’ degrees and certificates in theapex court.
Pakistan International Airlines, Airblue Limited, Serene Air and ShaheenAir International were the respondents in a suo motu case pertaining toappointment of pilots on the basis of fake qualifications.
The chief justice remarked that court would complete the verificationprocess of degrees itself adding as the matter was pending since last sevenmonths and done nothing.
Subsequently, court adjourned further hearing of the case for ten days.
