Indian Army faces huge embarassment in Occupied Kashmir

ISLAMABAD – In Occupied Kashmir, Indian army had to face huge embarrassmentwhen some students made drawings captioned “we don’t want bloodshed”, “wewant freedom” and “Beautiful Kashmir turns into battle field” at a day-longyouth festival organized by the army in Srinagar, the other day.

The ‘Chinar Youth Festival 2018’ was organised by Indian Army’s 15 Corps atthe International Conference Centre in Srinagar. The painting was drawn byunidentified students. Another painting depicted the transformation ofKashmir from a beautiful Valley into a “battlefield”.KMS reported.The painting showed greenery – trees and mountains – on the one side and abarren land – guarded by people in military camouflage and a helicopterhovering above – on the other side.

“Beautiful Kashmir turns into battle field” was written on the drawing.

There was another painting depicting the another side of the conflict inthe Valley as it showed a blood-soaked Kashmir with words “stone pelting”written over it.

An army official tried to face save by saying that there can be diverseviews as hundreds of students participated in the event. Governor Satya PalMalik was the chief guest on the occasion.
