NEW DELHI – Pakistani chopper has violated the Indian airspace along theline of control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday,Indian Army has reported.
Helicopter was reportedly carrying the Prime Minister Azad Kashmir RajaFarooq Haider Khan.
The helicopter, carrying the Azad Kahsmir PM violated the airspace around12:10 pm, DNA has reported.
According to reports, the chopper hovered over the Indian airspace inGulpur sector for sometime before turning back. Three forward posts firedsmall arms after noticing the airspace violation.
Jammu-based Army PRO Lt Col Devender Anand said that air sentries atforward location had engaged it with small arms.
