ISLAMABAD – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif was granted exemption in theAl-Azizia reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
The former premier did not appear before the accountability court judgeArshad Malick on Friday and instead moved a plea seeking exemption fromphysical appearance which was approved by the judge.
Sharif headed to Murree after showing up before the court in the samereference on Thursday.
