*LAHORE – An aggressive anti encroachment campaign would be launched fromOctober 1 in all districts of the province.*

*No political pressure would be entertained, sources have revealed.*

Presiding over a high level meeting held at Civil Secretariat, Aleem Khansaid that steps would be taken to restore the original condition of thebuildings and all encroachments will be removed.

“The mafias would be nabbed while poor, widows and cart holders would begiven soft corner and some margin in this regard,” announced the minister.

He observed this while in which Law Minister Mohammad Basharat Raja, ChiefSecretary, IG Police, Secretaries and Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners,RPOs, DPOs and concerned officers were present through video link.
