DUBAI – Pakistani opener Imamul-Haq has undergone a surgery over hisinjury.
He has been advised three-week rest after undergoing surgery on hisfractured finger in Dubai on Saturday.
The 22-year-old left-hander fractured the fifth finger of his left handwhile fielding against Australia in first Test match. He has been ruled outof the second Test starting in Abu Dhabi from October 16.

Imam scored 76 and 48 in the first Test against Australia. He also featuredin a double century opening stand with Mohammad Hafeez in the first inningsand took three catches.
