ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to constitute a specialcomplaint cell to register public grievances at the Prime Minister’s Office.

Sources close to the development said that the compalint cell wouldcomprise of 40 telephone lines which will operate during office hours from9am to 5pm.

Citizens will be able to register their complaints via telephone, email andWhatsApp that would be conveyed directly to the prime minister andlawmakers concerned.
