In Afghanistan, forty six percent increase has been witnessed in casualties caused by suicide attacks in first nine months of current year.
This has been stated in a special report on use of improvised explosive devices in the Afghan conflict, released by UN Assistance Mission in the country.
According to the report, suicide bombs caused more than two thousand three hundred civilian casualties during the period.
