US Advisor on Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad met Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Kabul to discuss reconciliation efforts in the country.
According to US State Department, he is also scheduled to visit Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar as part of a ten-day trip to coordinate efforts to bring Taliban to negotiating table.
