ISLAMABAD – Singer and activist Fakhr-e-Alam touched down in Florida today,to become the first Pakistani to circumnavigate the globe, accomplishinghis Mission Parwaaz.

The singer posted the news on Twitter along with a video message afterlanding in Clearwater, Florida.

In his video message Fakhr-e-Alam said thousands of nautical miles,hundreds of hours, 22 countries, 24 days one big dream for one big nationhas been accomplished.

He said now a Pakistani is in the history books of aviation.

Fakhr-e-Alam is Pakistan’s 1st successful circumnavigation of the globe inany mode of transportation.
