Justice Athar Minallah to take charge as IHC Chief Justice: JCP

ISLAMABAD – Judicial commission has recommended Justice Athar Minallah asthe next chief justice of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Judicial Commission had recommended with Chief Justice of Pakistan MianSaqib Nisar in the chair.

The commission considered various aspects and then decided to recommendJustice Minallah’s name to the relevant parliamentary committee forapproval.
