PESHAWAR – Peshawar Zalmi had added Glasgow to its ever-expanding networkof cricket clubs.
“Peshawar Zalmi has achieved another wondrous feat. We are now 30-clubstrong for Global Zalmi League. Glasgow Zalmi is the latest addition. Weare now in 26 countries with 30 teams,” Chairman Javed Afridi said in astatement.
“Global Zalmi has become a platform for overseas Pakistanis to showcasetheir cricketing talent and pave way for themselves into their Nationalteams, as Global Zalmi players are representing their countries. Morecountries will join Global Zalmi league as well,” he added.——————————
Global Zalmi is Pakistan s first and only league that is providingopportunities to overseas Pakistani cricketers and is present in over 25countries.
