ISLAMABAD – The chairman of the newly formed Pakistan Cricket Boardcommittee Mohsin Khan has suggested that Sarfraz Ahmed should be relievedfrom captaining the Pakistan test side.

In a statement today he said, Sarfraz is a very good and intelligentcaptain but captaining Pakistan in all three formats is an added burden onhis shoulders.

He said Sarfraz has phenomenal record in the T-20 format as Pakistan hascontinuously retained top spot in this format winning ten consecutiveseries.

Mohsin Khan said in order to prolong his captaincy tenure he must be givensome breathing space, specially with World Cup 2019 round the corner.
