ISLAMABAD: Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Wednesday informed theHouse in a written reply that Pakistan Railway has earned 1367.038 millionmore than previous years upto 20-10-2018.

He said that installation of tracking system in trains is in final stageswhich will ensure strict monitoring of trains’ movement.

He said that the number of freight and passengers trains will be increasedas part of government’s 100-day plan.

He said Pakistan Railways has entered into an agreement with Pakistan StateOil for transportation of petroleum products from Karachi to up-countrydestinations.
