ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s first science, technology and innovation park is setto start functioning by December 5th this year at the Pakistan Council ofScientific and Industrial Research, Lahore.

It will help the industrial sector switch over to knowledge-based economywith a multi-dimensional chain of value addition.

It will also provide innovative ideas in addition to upgrading technologyand value addition in existing as well as new industrial units.

Initially 15 to 20 industrial units would be provided space and facilitiesin the park while in the later phase, additional factories will beaccommodated.
