ISLAMABAD – British High Commissioner to Pakistan Thomas Drew called onForeign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Islamabad on Monday and discusseda wide range of bilateral and regional issues of mutual interests.
The two sides expressed satisfaction on the current state of bilateralrelations.
The Foreign Minister emphasized the need to promote trade and economiclinkages and greater people to people contacts with Britain.
He also appreciated the role being played by the Department forInternational Development (DFID) in providing assistance in health andeducation sectors.
