ISLAMABAD – Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said at least382,000 complaints relating to government departments could be registeredat same time through the Pakistan Citizens’ Portal.
Talking to a TV channel, he said complaints would be automatically directedtowards the heads of relevant departments who would then take appropriatestep to address the matter. However, there is a timeline to address thecomplaints lodged through the PCP.
He said complaints could also be registered through other ways if Internetfacility is not available in any area.
