ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad HussainChaudhry on Saturday said the controversy created by the opposition aroundthe fake news about the Israeli aircraft was a conspiracy to make theKashmir Black Day controversial.
No Israeli aircraft had entered the Pakistani space or landed anywhere inthe country and the Civil Aviation Authority had also refuted the news inthat regard terming the same baseless, the minister said talking to a newschannel.
He said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Ahsan Iqbal was issuingstatements on the tweet of an Israeli journalist.
Despite CAA’s clarification, both Ahsan Iqbal and JUI-F chief MaulanaFazlur Rehman were issuing statements. Such attitude on matters of nationalimportance from the PML-N and its allies was not expected, who were tryingto make the matter disputed, he added.
