ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court has constituted a two-member committee comprisingmember customs and additional director FIA to probe and take action againstthe illegal sale of Indian Direct to Home (DTH) technology boxes inPakistan in the grey trafficking case.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisarheard the case in Islamabad on Thursday.
The apex court directed the committee to submit its reply within ten days.
It asked the member customs to also identify the source of smuggling of theDTH in Pakistani market.

In his remarks during the proceedings, the Chief Justice regretted thatPakistan is losing its money through this very smuggling.
