ISLAMABAD – New developments have been reported in the treason case againstformer President General (R) Pervaiz Musharraf.
The Lahore High Court (LHC) bench hearing treason case against formerpresident Pervez Musharraf on Wednesday has once again dissolved.
The bench was dissolved after the retirement of Yawar Ali as LHC ChiefJustice.
According to details, Justice Yawar Ali was heading the three-member benchthat also included Justice Mazhar Akbar and Justice Tahira Safdar.
It is to be mentioned here that on March 30, 2018, the previous bench wasdissolved after Justice Yahya Afridi rescued himself from hearing the caseover the objections of Musharraf’s lawyer
