ISLAMABAD – First meeting of the National Water Council has been summonedby Prime Minister Imran Khan.
As per the media report, PM Imran Khan has summoned the first meeting ofthe first meeting of National Water Council on October 25 (Thursday) inIslamabad to set water sector targets for the country and resolveinter-provincial disputes.
The meeting will be presided over by the Prime Minister and will beattended by all chief ministers and the federal ministers for waterresources, finance, power and planning and development and other officials.

Sources said that the framework for the implementation of National WaterPolicy will come under consideration during the meeting. The meeting willset water sector targets for the country and resolve inter-provincialdisputes.
