LAHORE – Lahore High court has barred the National Accountability Bureau(NAB) to arrest Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader captain (retd)Safdar.
The Lahore High Court (LHC) has granted bail to Captain (R) Safdar.
LHC heard a case on Tuesday pertaining to grant of protective bail to PML-Nleader wherein Safdar expressed that National Accountability Bureau (NAB)Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa summoned him in a case but it did not mention the case.
Safdar, fearing arrest, asked the court to grant him protective bail for aperiod of ten days which was accepted.
