QUETTA – At least nine worshipers were injured when a bomb planted in theMehrab of Jamia Mosque in Chaman area of Killa Abdullah district blastedWednesday evening.
According to police sources, the blast occurred when the people wereoffering Maghrib (evening) prayer. Pesh Imam was also among the injured,who were shifted to a nearby hospital.
Three of them were later referred to Quetta in view of their seriouscondition. Police and personell of other law enforcement agencies reachedthe site and cordoned off the entire area.APP/saa/arbAPP/P:qta/X:
