NEW YORK – UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has strongly condemned theterrorist attack targeting a religious gathering in Afghanistan’s capital,Kabul that claimed lives of more than fifty people.
In a statement, he said every effort should be made to bring theperpetrators to justice.
