KUALA LAMPUR: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday has made a big offerinvitation to the Malaysia Prime Minister Mahatir Mohammad.
PM Khan invited his Malaysian counterpart, Dr Mahathir Mohamad, to visitPakistan as chief guest on the occasion of Pakistan Day on 23rd March nextyear.
Mr. Khan extended the invitation during a formal conversation with Mahathirin the Malaysian capital on Wednesday.
PM Khan, who is in Kuala Lampur on his maiden official visit to Malaysiaafter assuming his post in August, was accorded an official welcome at thePrime Minister House.

Mr Khan’s visit would provide an opportunity to further cement theexisting friendly and cordial bilateral relations by enhancing economic,trade and commercial ties for the mutual benefit of the two countries.
“Pakistan and Malaysia enjoy warm brotherly relations founded in mutualrespect friendship and understanding reinforced by strong cultural andreligious affinities,” the Foreign Office earlier said in a statement.
