NEW DELHI – Indian MLA from Punjab has blamed Indian Army Chief GeneralBipin Rawat for being behind the terrorist attack in Amritsar, Punjab.
Virtually putting the blame on Army, he said, “Recently, Army chief made astatement, and to prove himself correct he has got this done.
When asked about his reaction to the grenade blast in Amritsar, Phoolkatold media that there is no need to conclude anything from this and raiseddoubts on this taking place during election season.
On November 3, Army Chief Gen. Bipin Rawat had said that attempts werebeing made to revive insurgency in Assam and Punjab again through “externallinkages” and “external abetment”.
