ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Monday hasimposed heavy fine of Rs 100 million on cement factory of well-knownbusiness tycoon Mian Mansha.
He has been fined for lying in court and stealing water as SC wrapped upsuo moto notice.
The CJP has also directed that the fine amount donated in dams fund. Thecourt has imposed on factory fine amounting to Rs 20 million for lying andRs 80 million on utilizing the underground water.
