ISLAMABAD – Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mehmood Khan has approvedfinancial package for the heirs of the Shaheed SP Tahir Khan Dawar.

In a statement issued in Peshawar today (Friday), Provincial Minister forInformation, Shaukat Yousafzai said the government will not leave thefamily members of Tahir Dawar in lurch.

He said the Shaheed SP was a patriotic and brave policeofficer.

Shaukat Yousafzai said the government is investigating the case ofkidnapping and later assassination of Tahir Dawar in Afghanistan by theabductors from various angles.
