ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan has hit out against PTI governmentcapabilities.
Additional Attorney General Nayyar Abbas Rizvi on Tuesday has submittedCapital Development Authority (CDA) report over unplanned structures inBani Gala in Supreme Court (SC).
During the hearing, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar saidthat the government lacks ability, skill and planning strategy to resolvethe issues.
The owners have to pay off the fines for their illegal constructions as thefee has also been reduced, he remarked.
