ISLAMABAD – Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Thursday has issuednotice to Minister for Science and Technology Azam Khan Swati over illegalconstructions on his farm house.
According to the notice, Swati constructed illegal basement in hisfarmhouse that was built on CDA land. An operation will be launched if theminister fails to remove the encroachments, it stated.
Earlier, Supreme Court (SC) had formed a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) forscrutiny of Azam Swati’s properties.
