*LAHORE – New developments have been reported from the AccountabilityBureau over arrest of Khawaja brothers.*
*An accountability court in Lahore has granted NAB the 10-day physicalremand of Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother Khawaja Salman Rafique inthe Paragon Housing case.*
They will be presented before the court on December 22. The NAB prosecutorhad asked for a 15-day remand, however, the court rejected that request.The court also approved a medical test to be conducted for the Rafiquebrothers.
During the hearing on Wednesday, NAB’s investigation officer informed thecourt that they were unable to find the Paragaon Housing project records.Qaiser Amin Butt, who has turned witness for the prosecution, says therecords are with Paragaon City CEO Nadeem Zia, said the officer.
