PM Imran Khan appoints new special assistant on media affairs

ISLAMABAD – Yousaf Baig Mirza has been appointed as Special Assistant toPrime Minister Imran Khan on Media Affairs, a notification issued onTuesday stated.

The Cabinet Division issued the notification following the prime minister’sapproval of the appointment, stating that the appointment was in anhonorary capacity.

Mirza, known famously as YBM, has previously served as the managingdirector of Pakistan Television and launched a number of TV channelsincluding 92News and Public TV as well.
