ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has called forestablishment of UN Commission of Inquiry to investigate human rightsviolations in occupied Kashmir.
In his message on international human rights day, he said the impunity,systematic abuses and violations of human rights by Indian forces inoccupied Kashmir have now been well documented by the United Nations, OICand the All Parties Parliamentary Group on Kashmir of the UK Parliament.
He said the world can no longer remain silent in the face of mass blindingof children and women, brutal killings of civilians, rapes, murder andtorture in the held valley.
