Power Theft: PTI government saves Rs 13 billion for National Exchequer in 100 days

GHAZI – PTI government has saved Rs 13 billion for the national exchequerby stopping the power theft from the different areas of the country.

Federal Minister for Power Omar Ayub Khan on Sunday said achieving thetarget set by Prime Minister Imran Khan, Rs13 billion savings had been madein 100 days, which was the proof of the exquisite performance of PakistanTehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led government.

Addressing a public gathering at Tarbela Ghazi, he said that electricitytheft was controlled, line losses were reduced and dues recovery system wasimproved during these days.

Omar Ayub inaugurated a project of gas supply to Jalu, Pihaye and Essaareas of Tarbela.
