KARACHI – The value of US dollar on Friday has registered yet anotherslight increase.
US dollar increased by 15 paisa, against Pakistani rupee, in interbankmarket.
Following this decline, the dollar value was recorded at Rs138.90 ininterbank market while Rs140 in the open market. However, its value isfluctuating between Rs138 and Rs140.
The experts were of the view that the decrease in the dollar value was seenafter the monetary policy approved (November 30) that has proposed anincrease of 1.5 percent in interest rate on imports.
