Nawaz Sharif’s response over early elections question

*ISLAMABAD – * Former prime minister (PM) and Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz’s (PML-N) lifetime supremo Nawaz Sharif has responded overissue of early elections in Pakistan.

Sharif said on Thursday that his party is always ready for early electionsat the accountability court.

Before the hearing of Flagship reference, Nawaz said that the PM’s recentstatement of early elections had been welcomed by the people. He added thatthe PML-N believed in serious politics.

The former disqualified PM further said that the margin of win in 53constituencies was less than rejected votes, adding that rigging had takenplace, according to the report of the Free and Fair Election Network(FAFEN).
