ISLAMABAD – Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has emphasized theneed for formal collaboration to explore the avenues of cooperation withFacebook to promote commerce and business activities in Pakistan.

Talking to Vice President of Public Policy Facebook Simon Milner inIslamabad on Monday, he sought Facebook cooperation to counter hate speechand boost E-commerce in Pakistan.

Simon Milner underlined the need for coordination between the Government ofPakistan and Facebook, to encourage expression and create a safeenvironment.
